DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS

Seeking distribution partners in selected markets

We welcome inquiries from established companies that import, stock, and sell car-care products in their local market. Regional distribution arrangements may be discussed based on market suitability, business scope and a written agreement. Each inquiry is reviewed case by case.

What we review

  • Target country or territory
  • Company background, years in business, and brands currently handled
  • Sales channels, including wholesale, retail, e-commerce, and professional detailing networks
  • Import experience and readiness to manage local requirements
  • Warehousing, logistics, and customer support capabilities
  • Products of interest, launch plan, and expected volumes
  • The distribution arrangement you have in mind for your market

Distribution arrangements

Regional distribution arrangements may be discussed based on market suitability, business scope and a written agreement. The products, territory, sales channels, term, targets and review conditions are defined in that written agreement.

Local requirements

Prospective partners should be able to manage local import procedures, product registration, labeling, and compliance requirements. The allocation of responsibilities and the availability of supporting documentation are reviewed case by case. SULLIVAN does not guarantee regulatory, testing, or certification support.

What to include in your inquiry

To help us review your inquiry, please include your target country or territory, company background, sales channels, import experience, products of interest, expected initial order and annual volume, and the distribution arrangement you have in mind for your market.

Please do not include confidential information in your first inquiry.

An inquiry, discussion, or quotation does not create distribution rights, territorial rights, or exclusivity of any kind.

Until a written agreement is in place, a company may not represent itself as a SULLIVAN distributor or official distributor.

PLEASE NOTE

Reviewed case by case

An inquiry does not guarantee sales rights, a distributorship, exclusivity, overseas supply, international shipping, export arrangements, regulatory or testing support, or production. Each request is reviewed case by case based on the destination country, product specifications, required documentation, shipping conditions and other relevant factors.

Initial inquiries can be made without disclosing confidential information. Before confidential information is exchanged, we enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
